Beds were comfortable and there was a convenient water refill station on the second floor in addition to a microwave and breakfast station on the bottom floor. The property is close to Point Pelee National Park and there is ample parking. Was perfect for participating in the Festival of Birds, getting to Kingsville, and close to Leamington restaurants. Highly recommend anyone to stay here."
