"We were allocated a lovely room with a view over the gardens. It was clean and well maintained, had air con and was well equipped with plenty of electric sockets, nice towels, a really good shower and toilet and comfortable bed. We were able to park the car up at the hotel and walk into the city where we explored the old city, the cathedral and had dinner. Breakfast was very good. We Will use this hotel again when back in the area."

"Major feedback: many plug in air fresheners created an overwhelming smell that made it hard to breathe and was potentially suspicious. Even after the fresheners were unplugged and locked in the bathroom and all windows opened for hours, the smell was very strong. Otherwise, it was a nice room and the family that runs it is hospitable."

"L'entrée dans l'appartement n'est pas conforme à la photo envoyée, pas sur le trottoir mais sous un porche très sale d'accès. Un volet manque à la fenêtre de la pièce principale et il n'y avait pas de rideau comme indiqué sur la photo de l'annonce car la tringle était cassée à un bout (vis sortie) pas de clim ni même de ventilateur (un seul dans la chambre) donc une fournaise, très désagréable !!!! Des toiles d'araignée au plafond dans toutes les pièces, le lavabo qui se bouche, pas de produit...

"Location à Sens dans le cadre d'un séjour familial. Le logement était dans l'ensemble propre, bien situé. Point négatif : Manque de vaisselle, poêles et casserole inutisables car dans un état lamentable .Suite a message à la conciergerie, le nécessaire a été fait pour les remplacer. De plus, télévision ne fonctionnait pas : problème de connexion ."
