"The pool was out of order. The room didn’t have garbage bags in the cans but rooms were clean, bed was comfy and staff was very nice. Breakfast was good and there was an assortment of food to choose from. "

"The first room they gave us smelled of cigarette smoke. They gave us room with a queen bed instead of a king like we paid for. There was a paper sign on the pool door stating the pool was closed. The lights were on , the pool pump was running, we were able to open the door. The lady behind the desk did not know anything about the pool closure. I'm getting sick of motels not issuing partial refunds when they cannot deliver what they advertise. Breakfast was ok. "

I had to screw the screws back into it myself to feel safe glad we brought our dogs. There was just an awful feeling about the whole place. there was also dust everywhere in the room. I booked the room online paid for it already online told them I was bringing two dogs with me and once I got there there...

"The cabin is beautifully decorated and well equipped. The area is secluded and very quiet. It is not far to a store if you forget something. The host was great with communications. Would most certainly stay again. "

"My family and I were in Ashland attending a funeral. We stayed two nights. The hotel was extremely clean as were the rooms. The staff were friendly and courteous. We enjoyed the free breakfast. The waffles are the best. We would defintely stay at this hotel the next time we are in Ashland visiting family."
