Grace was lovely, she made us feel so welcomed and well-cared for, ensuring that everything was perfect during our stay in Hanoi. Of note, please keep in mind this in the heart of the old quarter if you are expecting quiet you may want to consider that but then again that is one of the charms of Hanoi! "
