"The hotel and staff wee very good. The main reason I’ve marked them down is the fact that you cannot co tact the hotel directly by phone. I tried at least four times and spent about an hour listening to pretty awful piped music holding the line open. The parking was a problem in as much that you have to pre-book. This isn’t mentioned during the booking process but only after you’ve booked in an email from the hotel. As ours was a flying visit to visit a poorly relative urgently I couldn’t book...

"The property was clean. The rooms don’t have a fridge or coffee makers like in North America so keep that in mind. The reception desk was very helpful and nice."

"The room was clean and tidy but basic. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking was offsite. However it was very noisy from outside and inside. Floorboards even though is normally cleaner allowed more noise to transfer including through the interconnecting door."

Potrei dire anche abbastanza pulita se non fossero stati trovati purtroppo peli nella doccia appena arrivati. "A nice hotel with extremely pleasant and helpful staff. The hotel has character though our room was a little dated and of need of modernisation. Breakfast was excellent, a good mix of cooked and continental breakfast served by a lovely team."

"Room clean. Bathroom door wouldn’t shut. Car park full due to restaurant next door. Never accept room 8 there’s a continuous motor going all night. Bath towels the size of a hand towel. To sum up probably the worst experience I’ve had in a hotel."
