Had a bit of an issue with it being cold one night- you can't raise the temperature inside the unit and have to contact them to do it remotely, and we had gotten home quite late so suffered a little that night, thought there was an extra blanket in the unit that helped. When I contacted them the next day the raised the temperature for us and the next night was better. "
