"this is a very good hotel. We have stayed here several times, and we come back whenever we are in Maryville. The rooms and the lobby are clean. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is good. There is also a restaurant on site where we have eaten several times. We always enjoyed the restaurant and all the facilities. "

"Very friendly and welcoming staff. Everything was incredibly clean, and believe me I check all the things! My shower was fantastic with great pressure. I do wish the bath mats and towels were bigger, but that's a personal preference. The desk chair is old and needs replaced. The arm covers are shoved to the front and frayed and the chair won’t stay up. It also creeks a lot like it’ll fall apart if you move. Check out was super easy! Keep up the customer service and cleanliness!"

"Really good value for a basic, no-frills hotel. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was sufficient. As mentioned, there are no extras that you get with another chain, but that wasn't an issue for a basic overnight stay. While outdated (think 90's decor), the room was comfortable and clean. Would stay again if we were looking for a room to sleep only, but would reconsider if looking for a pool, wide food selection, romantic weekend, etc."
