"Property, view, staff, and amenities was excellent. The only knock we had on it was the parking situation and ability to get to the front of the hotel/parking garage. A suggestion I would say is to maybe put a sign on the corner of the Under Armor store to direct parking traffic."

"Great location! Nice pool, nice selection of breakfast items, nice rooms. Ok beds. Could be better food quality. Missing EV charging facilities, water/tea/coffee in room or at common rooms."

"All was very good!"

"Very nice place, will be coming back next year and bringing more of the family."

"Very poor customer service. Walked up to the counter — three staff members present, but no one looked at me. Uninterested demeanor. Cumbersome check-in process. Extremely poor English. Overall, an unwelcoming and impersonal hotel."

"Breakfast is excellent, hard to beat. We got a top floor room with a nice view. Room was clean and I had no problems with noise. The hotel is conveniently located to the promenade and the beach. My stay was good, the only problem I had was with the billing. I got a $1400 charge in addition to the nightly rate that I was communicated. Ellers superfint. "

"Staff was amazing. Property had everything you could possibly need. Quick access to beach and shops. Breakfast buffet had great variety."

"Clean, good rooms and friendly staff. Great location. Good value for money. But the rooms could not black out during night time and you could hear everything from the floor above, hallway and also from the outside."
