"When I arrived, it took me four times up and down the elevator to get into a room because the door lock was broke then one of the reasons I had booked this hotel over another choice was the hot tub and the hot tub jets were not working, and it was barely lukewarm the towels for the pool where the size of a hand towel and then customer service upfront wanted to complain about everybody dripping from the pool to the elevators."

"Gray room I think mine was they had themed rooms and I can’t remember the name, but everyone was different. It was a cozy"
