"The free Wi-Fi was not available. The bed was also as hard as a table and had a dip in one side. Definitely need to replace. The room was also hot inspire of turning the AC down. Other than that, the staff was super nice and check in/out was easy."

"Cotton Court is such a great place to stay in Lubbock. The rooms are unique and fun, the grounds and rooms are immaculate, and having the restaurant right there is the icing on the cake! I will definitely stay there again."

"I've stay here on a few trips to Lubbock and back. That's bern a few years. The property is beginning to signs of wear and tear, do a refresh would be recommended. The room was nice, clean and QUIET. Just the way I lije it when traveling. The desk staff (GM om particilar) was polite and accomodating. Check in, check out were a breeze. If you want to get away from the hub bub of downtown or traffic (the loop), I recommend this hotel."

"Do NOT stay here!! This place was by far the most disgusting place I have ever stayed in. The floor in my room was so dirty they charged me $10 for a towel that got ruined when I had to wipe the floor in the bathroom to even go in there. All hours of the day and night there were Adults that would hang out in the parking lot and would try to get into people's cars and one of the night shift ladies is the most disrespectful person I have ever encountered at any hotel. I will say the ONLY good thing at this place was their daytime staff they were all very nice. You would be happier and safer just sleeping in your car than staying here. "

"Our room was not clean even after we waited 45 minutes for them to clean it. There were smells of sewage from coming from In the bathroom. The hot tub had a very foul smell when you turned it on and the water was very murky. We were told the pool could be used at our own risk whatever that meant. "

"Room was clean, staff was very helpful, loved the outdoor fireplace. Was disappointed that several menu items were no longer available, such as the Shiner Bock ice cream. "

"The elevator was sounding like it was going to get stuck, they need to fix the door, it was taking forever to open and close. Also, the spa wasn't functioning during our stay. Breakfast they didn't have any bacon or sausage."
