"The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was fresh with a lot of options. I called ahead and requested a roll away bed for our room since there were three of us traveling together. I was assured that it was marked on our reservation and the rollaway bed would be in the room when we arrived. That did not happen. The person at the reception desk upgraded us to a suite with a fold out couch. That worked, but I’m a little disappointed they didn’t have anything marked on our reservation and...
