"The TV wouldn't work. Both nights, I had to call the front desk to come up to the room and get it to work. There was a broken tile at the junction of the bathroom and the bedroom (carpeted). When I walked on the tile, it moved and made a clicking noise. It may be loose underneath and presents a potential tripping hazard. The most egregious issue with my room (203) was a large broken pane of glass that had been temporarily taped with painters blue tape. However, the window had obviously been broken for quite some time. The bottom of the window was filled with dirt and a dead moth. I have pictures of the broken window. Not only is it scary looking, but the slow response to repair what is clearly a safety issue is disturbing. Please let me know how I can send pictures of the broken window for your owners and managers to see. "

"We water run for 10-15 minites and then it should get hot. There were 2 towels and 1 washcloth in the bathroom. The gentleman in the morning was nice and polite and reconfirmed to turn the water on 15-20 minutes to get hot. I dont have time for that. "
