"We were delighted to have booked Le Provencal. The setting in Gien is perfect, with both easy access to the village and also front line access to the sea via the well maintained gardens, pool & bathing platforms. The pool area and coastline are magical. The service from all of the Le Provencal team was helpful and friendly, of particular note was the 'pool manager'. "Staying on the Isle des Embiez was fabulous. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful and the hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The island is beautiful and a wonderful place to explore in the daytime, with small beaches to find. In the evenings we had wonderful food at Sarti, followed by the magical DJ at Sunset evening and the live band the next night. "

"The room was very clean. Parking was very easy, which was a huge plus due to our previous parking issues in surrounding areas. Check in was a lot easier than expected since my husband and I don't speak French and thought it would be hard to check in. The manager, Hassan was very kind and knowledgeable about the area. He provided us with tips on how to take the trains and even taught us a bit about French history. We would definitely stay there again. "

"I liked this small and quirky hotel. The 3 rooms on the top floor with terraces are best, and although I was not given the larger room I was promised, my much smaller room was very clean and the air conditioning worked very well. The seating and view from the terrace were wonderful. An added plus is that the hotel is located a stone's throw from the train and bus stations, and a short walk to the historic center. All in all, a good stay."
