"The fireplace did not work. The electrical wires were disconnected and the pilot light was turned off. The hot tub had no pressure. The spa was dismantled into pieces. Several lights were not working in the room. The decorative water wall was only partially working, so overall, none of the amenities advertised in the listing were functional. The restaurant does not offer a full breakfast, only toast and hard-boiled eggs. The room floor was sticky. It is a wood and tile floor that clearly has not been washed"

"Our stay was okay, room was fine. Kids had fun in the pool indoors, two small outdoor spas, one of the two were working. Breakfast was good, nothing extraordinary. Not enough staff but I think it’s like that anywhere you go."

"This was our 3rd stay here in 3 years, although the property is under renovations, everything was great. Reception is great as usual, hotel and rooms are very cozy and clean. Great location, easy to get around. Great restaurant thats attached to the hotel. There’s also a bar that attached which we didn’t use but it looked like fun. We’ll be going back next April"
