"the heater was very loud and made it difficult to sleep as it was in a closet in the bedroom area. The door to the shower would not close and flooded the bathroom. The tv in the bedroom had no sound and the ice maker did not work. I reported all this to the front desk clerk . She was very nice , wrote it all down and pretty much explained they were aware of these issues. No compensation was offered."

"Great location, ocean was in plain view. Great balcony view. You can hear the ocean outside your room. Very beautiful outlook. Room was fairly clean. Wi-Fi worked pretty well. Staff was nice, they just seemed a little overworked. Overall, great experience and would go back."

"The room was clean and onsite parking was available. The elevator was very helpful ... and the view of the lake from the elevator as it goes up/down was delightful! The views from the rooms are excellent (though rooms with 01 in the number have limited views) and the location of the inn is very convenient. However, the property is undergoing renovations right now and the noise from this did negatively impact our stay, as did the loud sound of wind coming through the door (apparently that is just part of being at this location). We would definitely stay there again, but just know that right now significant renovations are going on. I imagine they hope to have the renovations done before the true season starts (we were there in early March)."

"Room view over Taylor's Creek was breath-taking. Watched 3 wild horses grazing on Carrot Island from our balcony for several hours."

"Staff were very helpful and friendly. But the facility is the worst. Our door wouldn't shut without us slamming it. And then we got stuck in our room and had to call for help to get out. It's a death trap, at least our room was. "

"I stayed here for four nights while I worked in the area. I had a clean room. Location was convenient. I would stay here again and recommend it to other people."

"Needs a smart tv so I can watch my social media on the tv. Also, the power went out due to a tornado/ severe windstorm so I had to go somewhere else to work on my computer for several hours."
