"The staff were not friendly at all somehow rude and unwelcoming. They never smile and even seem very reluctant to greet you. To be honest, this is not really a hotel, so don’t expect hotel-level service. They don’t properly clean the rooms. The “room service” basically means putting a new toilet roll in the bathroom they don’t even change the towels. The breakfast is exactly the same every day, with very little variety. But the most irritating part of the whole experience was the reception...

"Arrivée à l auberge, super découverte, le lieu est superbe ! Les hôtes sont très accueillants, nous ont fait découvrir une spécialitée de la région. Le lendemain après une très bonne nuit on cherchait une belle randonnée à faire et ils nous ont conseillé un itinéraire magnifique. Très bon moment à cet endroit nous vous le conseillons vivement !
