"The shower curtain was dangling on the wall. The sink drain was clogged; staff told us housekeeping prob pushed down the stopper. I explained the was not the case. They didn’t seem to care since we will checking out it. We arrive around 10pm. There was white chalky stuff on the staying from lobby to upstairs. In the morning around 9am. I mentioned to from desk. They said “yes it’s front a construction crew renovating. Someone should clean it looked awful and was left at least 12 hours w-out being cleaned up. Breakfast area/offerings looked nothing like both photos. Website to faculty was very misleading."

"The room was old and filthy. No breakfast service except at the snack shop, where two breakfast sandwiches and two cups of coffee were outrageous. Only one person working in there on one of your busiest days of the year. You should be ashamed to charge that price for a night for this dump. When I made my reservation through Expedia, they advertised a breakfast buffet. So much for that. Expedia needs to drop your hotel. you're giving them a bad name."

"We have stayed at this location 3 times now and this time was good but we did see a cockroach dead in our bathroom which concerned me and made me uneasy about staying there but it was graduation weekend and another hotel room would be hard to get on short notice. There were some broken windows blinds in what I assumed to be a managers personal room which doesn't reflect a good image on the company and employees. As I looked around I could see a lot of quick short cuts to upgrades like leaving open holes around plumbing and quick foam insulation around air units in rooms that could have been covered up somehow. The lighting in the room overall was not great either. Overall the hotel was good for a quick weekend for an event but due to the roach I saw I will not be back."

"This hotel is clean, affordable & close to the MSU campus. The rooms are quite small & it can get pretty cozy with more than one person in the room. The beds are comfortable & the towels are nice. We stayed 2 nights and there was no housekeeping to freshen the room & bath supplies or empty the trash. The continental breakfast was pretty good and there was plenty of seating in the lobby area to visit with others in our party. The walls are pretty thin, but it's not a problem if your neighbors are not loud. Overall, for the price, it's a pretty good option."

"When choosing this motel, remember it is a motel that have all the “nuances” of local a motel. While there, someone was smoking “medicinal” drugs, there was an argument outside my door. I enjoyed the entertainment at 12:00pm at night, just not at my hotel ."
