Sinnvolle Minibar, Bügelbrett war auf Anfrage bereitgestellt. Ausreichende Frühstück. Und was noch wichtig -Stadtmitte sowie Arena gut zu Fuß erreichbar."

"We had a fantastic stay at this lovely hotel located perfectly to enjoy Verona and transport links for trips to Lake Garda, Venice or a little further. "The apartment had GREAT AC! We were very thankful for that as temps were over 100. We also really appreciated having a washer in the apartment. They provided the pods. Also appreciated the use of iron and ironing board. Kitchen equipped as expected. Fridge loaded with several bottles of cold water. Quiet neighborhood. 8 minute walk to the arena"

"No one to replenish coffee pods. No one locally to help with extra bed - rollaway or sofa bed we requested. No one available to talk to about an upgrade to a an Apartment with 2 beds. A/C was OK. Shower very small. Drying rack for clothes from washer would have been nice addition. Kitchen was OK."

"Nice hotel in a good location. About 30 minute walk into Bardolino. We traveled with a newborn baby and the hotel was well equipped and baby very welcomed by all of the staff. Pool is lovely and no shortage of beds any time of day when we stayed. We stayed b&b, lots of selection at breakfast. We ate in the hotel restaurant once which was fine but preferred to eat out in the many restaurants nearby. We stayed in a comfort top room with a view of the lake which was lovely. "The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet, with a good shower (over the bath). The hotel is in an excellent location, perfectly situated for visiting many of the historical locations in the area. The staff were all so polite and helpful and the chilled welcome drinks were a nice touch. There was a good choice for the breakfast buffet and this could be eaten inside or outside. The kids pool is so safe; knee depth, rubber type, non slip flooring which was incredible! never seen any rubbish or dog mess at any point during our 9nights which was shocking because any self catering holiday in the uk we’ve been to is usually covered in filth.
