"Staff were wonderful. We were greeted when we first walked in, was given information about becoming a member and collecting points etc. We stay at best westerns numerous times every year and no one has ever given us this spiel. The girl the next morning working at the breakfast buffet was also wonderful and super helpful. Biggest improvement needed would be more convenient parking spaces."

"Common areas and the room were clean and comfortable enough. Didn't loove the privacy glass shower walls in the room- and if you have children pressing their faces against said glass you'll realize it's really not so opaque after all 🙃 But overall no complaints; price was decent, staff were welcoming, pool was fun, hot tub could have been hotter, Starbucks in the lobby was great. I would stay again should I need to be in the area"

"This hotel is in a great location for our drive. It is close to 3 restaurants , had adequate parking and friendly staff. We did not use other amenities such as the pool and hot tub. The complimentary breakfast was quite good with a good variety of hot and cold items. My one concern of the hotel was an apparent shortage of staff on site when we checked in. We required some additional pillows and extra towel and blanket for the 3 member of our party. The very nice young lady who checked us in was the only one on staff which resulted in a delay in getting our items. The young front desk staff was eventually able to fulfill our requirements. I felt bad for her as there was a lot of check ins at that time."

"Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Just need handle bars in shower for support to get in and out of tub. Nice clean pool. Having apples and tea and coffee at the front lobby was very helpful to start your day."

"Everything was fantastic from the start. A great warm welcome from the Manager when we checked in. A lovely setting and clean and welcoming hotel. Our room was very good and well equipped. The bed was so comfortable and I'm general so so quiet. We had soaps etc in the bathroom, coffee making facilities, microwave and fridge along with air con. Breakfast was fresh and a good selection. Thank you for a fantastic 4 days here."

"Great reception, friendly and helpful. Room was clean and beds were comfortable no noise at night. My travel partner really enjoyed the pool and lounge area. Ate twice at the attached restaurant and the food and service was really good. Bright restaurant with nice views. I highly recommend this hotel"

"The room was clean and charming. It felt like we were staying in a snug little cabin. There were some quirks to the room. When you turned off the main light, the microwave and table lamp turned off. The bathroom was quite small, but very clean. Overall, it worked out well for a one-night stay."
