I cannot recommend Schnatterhof enough, especially for anyone traveling solo! I was traveling through Austria alone and speak essentially no German, so staying somewhere rural was a little intimidating at first. The family here went completely above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and could enjoy my stay. They helped me arrange a horseback riding experience nearby, which ended up being one of the absolute highlights of my entire trip to Austria. They even helped me figure out how to...

Good value, excellent location for our needs. Nice hiking, beautiful towns around.

Kaiserhof is a very unique, small hotel. It is centrally located in Ried, close to the town square and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Staff is enormously helpful and goes out of their way to insure your comfort. This was our second time staying there and we would recommend it highly to anyone having business or personal reasons to travel to Ried i. Innkreiss and the surrounding area.

Staff was wonderful. Easy access and great location.

At the crest of the gorge but above the main road so very little noise. The staff were very helpful. The bedroom was I perfect condition as was the en suite bathroom. Unfortunately the dinner menu was limited but the receptionist suggested 4 hostelries near by. Breakfast was great. A short walk into the gorge is included in the price. At the end of the walk there is a zip wire to descend above the rapids but this needs to be organised in advance. We slept well in great comfort and enjoyed the...

Alexandra, Ava, and the entire staff were the best! Very friendly and helpful for everything we needed and wanted to do in Passau. The hotel location was perfect and in a quiet part of town. Highly recommend!

The most spacious room we have stayed at, it is the size of a nice apartment. Easy parking and late checking, not in the center of everything but still walkable. We would definitely stay again.

The location and staff were amazing.

Could use an earlier breakfast, otherwise great.

Great place , recommend to everyone

Excellent stay! The pictures don't do justice as the hotel is immaculate and the views are heavenly. You would love the fact that it's run by the Stadler family who works everyday together to provide you with the best service. We stayed at a family room on a third floor with direct view of the lake and it was spectacular. The breakfast buffet is amazing with daily made fresh options. The lunch and dinner options at the hotel are delicious. It's an excellent option for a few days stay to...
