Terra Nova has a charm that many other hotels in Kingston lack. The staff is warm and personable, they will help you with what ever you need.It is ultimately the quintessential go to hotel in Kingston for me. True Jamaican hospitality! If you enjoy Jamaican culinary I would highly recommend.

The Blue Window restaurant menu need more selection of food especially Jamaican crusine. Checkin needs to be improve. Too demanding especially when I paid for 2 person in room. The Front Desk was insisting on other person name even when the petson eventually did not make it to the hotel. Concern was about the unknown person may show for breakfast in my case this did not happen. I was the only person that was in my room but the Expedia reservation automatic place for two petson. Too much emphasis...

The staff was wonderful. The waiters/eating area staff needs more training. The room was very clean and a nice view. The young lady that checked me in was the most pleasant representative I've met in jamaica in a long time

Ms Jodi and Mr Jerry were the most gracious hosts. They were only a phone call away and ready to help. They had a poster board with a list of local shopping and site seeing sites. We shopped for our groceries and cooked our own meals. Our space felt so comfortable we were able to focus on our trip without the stress of worrying about being in cramped spaces or being a bother to others. Yes, there are neighbors so the basic common neighborly courtesy applies. The neighbors and staff are also...
