"The villa we stayed at was very nice, bog and clean. Ground floor, right across the pool and steps from the beach and the Yatchman’s Grill restaurant. The outside grounds are well taken care off. Very comfortable mattresses and pillows. Our villa had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The AC worked well. We had a table and 6 chairs right outside our villa. Had utensils, plates, pans, glasses. "This is a charming hotel. The rooms are traditional, with some modern upgrades (the TV has a US Roku - a good choice for US visitors, although unfortunately it doesn't really work for UK visitors). The staff were all friendly and helpful. Ample parking outside the rooms. There is no buffet breakfast, and unfortunately the breakfast options are quiet expensive (approx US$70 for two people, which is a bit excessive for a simple breakfast). "Came to Oualie Beach Resort for a quick 2-days of diving off Nevis Island - great location! Super convenient with the Dive Shop right on property. Unique experience We would hope to come back for a longer stay and explore Nevis a bit more."

"Just returned home from my stay at this property and I must say that I totally enjoyed it. The house is air conditioned and comfortable and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. If excersize walking is your thing, this particular neighborhood is ideal. You can walk within the neighborhood comfortably-- no need to go to the main road. In addition to everything stayed before, the owner and on-island contact are pleasant and respond quickly to inquiries. All in all, great place, nice stay!"

"Nisbet is on a former sugar plantation and buttresses the Atlantic. The grounds and rooms are well-maintained. It’s very laid back, an older crowd, except for the lively Thursday night barbecue on the beach. Outsiders come to Nisbet and live music is offered. Dinner food is fair, although quite good at the barbecue. Breakfast and lunch are pretty good, but with limited menus. Overall, a very relaxing vacation, but it is best to go off grounds for other experiences and restaurants."

"We found it very difficult to communicate with the absentee owner, who had not provided proper directions even up to the time when we arrived in Charlestown. Only through the assistance of a stranger who allowed us to use his office wifi, were we able to talk with the owner, who was in Hong Kong, then our newfound friend drove us to the location in his personal car.
