"The elevator wasn’t working, unfortunately, I didn’t see that in the March 6 review, as of March 20, it still was not working. My husband physically struggles to do one floor of steps and my daughter had to hike her archery case up 3 floors- it is very heavy. They said they were sorry he was put on the 3rd floor. But it was done anyway. That would be a total deal breaker for us. That needs to be disclosed during booking, some people it would not matter."

"Tub drain needs DrainO. The shower diverter needs replacing. 24 hour office was locked when I tried to turn the key in this morning si I had to wedge it in the door"

"I was in town for a Softball tournament. Room was affordable and convenient. Easy check in. Plenty of food choices near."

"The cabin was spacious and homey and located just off the highway. It was clean and fully stocked with everything necessary. Communication was excellent both via text and in person. There is a common building where a burger restaurant was being built (it’s now open). There is also a pool that looked amazing but it was too cold to enjoy when we stayed. Very unique property with a Route 66 vibe. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend. "

"Everything was clean enough except for dusty coffee pot. Problem with tv and remote, 3 people worked on it a different times for about an hour, finally the 16 year old son figured it out. Very apologetic for the delay. I think the room should have been a lower price for the accommodations. "

"Room was very clean, no odd smells. Outdoor fire pit was awesome, and the indoor fireplace was a nice addition. Very comfortable bed."
