"I had this hotel booked for my parents on their road trip. They weren’t impressed. The windows didn’t have screens and there were cockroaches and flies inside the property. Also, the reception first attempted to charge them for the room even though it was paid for in advance. Good thing my mom had the receipt close by. Overall, they were only glad it was for a night, not more."
