It was clear that the staff goes beyond routine cleaning—they aim for perfection. Definitely one of the best hotels we have stayed at during our travels. Had a celebratory dinner at Morton's Steakhouse, Exceptional service and atmosphere that elevated the entire experience. Every detail—from the attentive staff to the perfectly cooked dinners—made this one of the best dining experiences. Upon noticing that it was a family celebration they created a personal touch by printing special graduation menus."

All the staff were great and the hotel is lovely. Enjoyed the gym and the indoor pool area. Good location to explore lovely Saratoga Springs for our short stopover on the way to NYC."
