"Lovely cottage"

"Perfect price for an amazing private cabin getaway. Close enough to lakes and things to do but far enough away for the quiet relation we wanted. Would definitely stay again if we return! Enjoyed. Nice fire at night. Never even turned the tv on. Only used the WiFi to plan our day but worked well. Nice cozy relaxing weekend! "

Owner did work with us and should have it repaired later in January. The kids had a great time! Loved the bunk bed room, air hockey table, hot tub, able to sled down the hill in front yard. "We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage! The place was comfortable and clean. It’s very close to Keuka State Park, which was a great place for short hikes. We also visited a couple local wineries, but we visited in the off season so many were only open on the weekends. The only thing that wasn’t great was the sulfur taste and smell in the water. The brita pitcher provided helped a lot. We would definitely stay again. "

"Cozy, Charming Cabin in a Tranquil Setting My husband and I and our two pupsters enjoyed a wonderful three-day getaway here (only wish it were longer). The cozy, lovingly decorated cabin is located on a secluded, tranquil property with lots of land for long walks. Kathy and Ted Grey are wonderful hosts (this was our second stay at one of their cabins). The Greys are friendly and responsive with helpful suggestions for places to visit. "We had a wonderful visit at Captain Jack's. Beautiful view. The home was very nice. 1 issue we had was one of the bedroom's sheets were dirty. They looked like they did not get changed from the prior visit. So we just changed them with the extra set of sheets we had. not a big issue."
