"Dirty rooms, stained linens and towels. hair was in the tub a finger nail was found on the floor with trash. Lighting was terrible with several light bulbs out. I would never stay at a Hilton gardens again. Fridge didn’t work and they charge you for parking yet I was unable to park in the parking lot and had to park at a nearby business and walk. Completely unacceptable. Thankfully I was just passing through and only had to stay one night. I would not recommend. "

"The rooms was clean, but when we needed towels and wash cloth, housekeeper told us to get them and take to room ourselves and to put the used towels at the door outside, i was on my vacation, plus im a nurse not work in housekeeping. She told us she was too busy to take towels to my room. I didnt appreciate that at all."
