So they upgraded me to executive room. which was ok, But later came next issue. room was okay, but no light switch worked to switch off the light at the entrance. I called for assistance starting 10.30 PM. All numbers tried: room service, housekeeping, concierge, no response. I tried again and again till 1.30 AM, finally.. at 2 AM they manage to took out...

"Great location in Ketapang. Plenty of restaurants nearby and shopping. Small grocery store next door and a mini mart few doors down from that. Hotel has great bikes for rent if you are brave enough to get out on that road. ;0)"
