"This is a beautiful resort in a wonderful location. It has stunning views of Moorea, a great beach, and a fantastic pool. We also enjoyed their restaurant. Easy access from the airport, only a 15-20 minute ride anway, and free parking is available on site. The hotel just reopened in February 2026, following a major renovation, having closed in the aftermath of the pandemic and a damaging fire. We made our booking before the reopening and so were a bit nervous about whether it would be ready for our stay in April. However, we didn’t need to worry—everything was fully functioning and it was a great stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and they even gave guests free tickets to a fantastic concert that was held on site while we were there. We stayed here for 3 nights, prior to boarding our cruise ship for a sailing through French Polynesia. We did not choose to book one of their over-water bungalows, but they are quite beautiful if you’re looking for that experience. I highly recommend the Tahiti Lagoon Resort."

"We had a long layover so we decided to book a hotel near the airport. Communication before arrival was excellent and they responded quickly to our questions.. We arrived in the evening and later then expected due to a flight delay. Even with the delay, they had a shuttle waiting to pick us up. They also took us to the airport very easily in the morning the next day. Very pleased with the staff at the Lodge."
