1. Parking is free in the front of the building, but the spots are scarce. So you may have to park one street over. There are signs that indicate where you can and cannot park; please read them, because the city will write you a ticket.

2. Since cannabis is totally legal here in Michigan, you might catch a whiff of it from neighboring apartments now and then. It’s out of our hands, but we promise it’s nothing too wild!

3. We want you to have the BEST time here, but please treat the space and your fellow tenants with respect. Think of it like this: be cool, and the universe will be cool back. 😎
