Great property and great host ! It was super clean ! The backyard is huge for non fires ! Kitchen had all type of items you could use including air fryer and all! Host very attentive and responds on the spot ! Gotta love that! And she also can help. You with anything extra you need ! You can put the flat separately or book the whole price ! I felt safe there as well and the locks are automatic. I jsut loved this place all around and will be book again soon ! Thanks again ! 💙

Had a get together/party of about 15 pp The pros about this property it was pretty clean. Communication was good with the host. Easy access allow you to throw a party and you can smoke. If that’s your preference. Initially we had the upstairs unit which we were able to switch and get the downstairs unit that was a plus I think it has a front porch balcony has a backyard. Didn’t go in the back yard. Chairs are there in case you need to use them that was a plus as well.The cons state it has air. It does NOT it does not have air. It has an air conditioning unit outside, but the air does not work, and that was one of the things I needed AIR In July 90 you really need it. There was a fan provided that didn’t really work, we had to flick the living room light a few times to get it to finally come on the refrigerator. Nasty had to clean it out before I could use it. There was no tissue available. I had to go buy some neighbors were cool not the greatest neighborhood, but I knew that in the beginning. Bed extremely hard, but if you’re there, just to party not to get a good nights sleep perfectly fine. Rest of the house was pretty clean. Unfortunately, I cannot upload the videos. but here’s a few pictures attached.

The house was very filthy it was old food in the refrigerator & cabinets . It was an used dirty towel in the bathroom . They had the mop in the kitchen with water STILL in the bucket
