Absolutely cannot complain it was quiet and clean water was hot as far as food your in the area with everything you need I was safe and got the rest I needed
This room does exactly what you need it for, the property has been cleaned up in the last few years..
the people who are now taking care of the motel has done a great job with cleaning up.
This motel is exactly what you would expect for the price. It’s a place to lay your head. I do have to say though it was significantly cleaner than the last time I stayed.
It was good for the price I paid. But this is somewhere call girls take their tricks. The manager was nice and the room was clean.

Well, I can say that managerial staff were exquisite"! I feel they are constrained by the institutions that prevent good people with great ambitions aren't fully supported.
The rooms are old and not the cleanest, but they get the job done. They only take cash for the deposit, but the deposit is only 20$ so it's not bad. The staff is super nice. The beds are comfortable, though I suggest bringing more pillows. If you’re looking for a fancy hotel, this isn’t it. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay cheap and safe, this is good.
My stay at the Dorchester motel was great. Me and my girlfriend have been staying at Dorchester for about two weeks now and the staff here is very good, staff don't bother you. They clean for any time you ask. ( As long as you ask during time they are cleaning). I have been staying in motels for about three months now and the Dorchester motel has the cheapest price in this area. So if you looking for cheap place to stay this is your place then. Greatest place ever

Okay, well, I'll never poo-poo a motel in this price range. I hadn't seen a rate this low in 15 years. Other folks must have felt the same way, because when i woke up after the first night of my 3 night stay, the parking lot was full.
It must be difficult to perform the upkeep on an old property like this. It seemed like it was just a small family running it, but i don't know for sure. Something i hadn't seen before, when checking in, they demanded a $20 cash deposit to receive your remote control for the TV. Once i figured out the remote, there was a good TV plan, with plenty of channels including local stations. The room was good-sized, and smelled like someone smoked a pound of dank weed in there, even though there were 'no smoking' signs all over the property.
The bed was comfortable. There was a microwave and full-sized fridge(!)-which was nice. The bath was clean. Older fixtures. Some holes which could use patching. With the full capacity, i found out getting back to the room late meant the hot water had run out. Not that i wanted hot water during my stay-the temps were in the 90s. Which brings me to the only real problem I had : the AC didn't work very well. While it was 90 outside, the AC unit in my room was kicking out some 78 degree coolness on full blast in the room. So it was a little better inside... but not much. Again, im sure it must be tough to try to fix all the things that need fixing. in closing, if you are on a low budget, you can't beat the price.
