The only complaint was our room did not have room darkening curtains...was one of newly renovated, but curtains had not arrived yet, we were told that at check in. Do we hung the bath towels.

The pillows were soo comfortable, the bed was hard. The upgrades were still in progress so they provided my family with a room were the curtains were too small for the room and light was pouring in at the crack of dawn. I did bring this to the attention of the staff, which nothing was done for toys $143.00 dollar room we check in at 2:00 check out 10:00am, not even 24hrs

Cozy stay

Cozy & comfortable room. Super-friendly staff. The only negative thing was the breakfast buffet - it wasn’t good. But overall, it was a nice place to stay at.

Customer service was fantastic. The hotel definitely needs updating. The room had a musty smell, pillows uncomfortable (lumpy), odd dry wall patches, bathroom smelled.

This place is great! I have business in the area and have stayed 3 or 4 times in the last year. The staff is friendly and professional. The hotel is clean and in a convenient area off of 75. I will definitely stay there again!

The room had wet stains from upstairs room above 109. Hair was in the shower also in bathroom floor. Hair was in whirlpool tub will not spend $169 for a motel 6 occasion do better in Taylor make your maid staff clean the room thoroughly thank you horrible one night Hampton

The pool was so cloudy that u couldn’t see the bottom , you could see the dirt in the hot tub , the coffee machines were dirty, there is broken equipment all around the pool area, u can clearly see the area is not being maintained

All was good in the room except the carpet was really stained/dirty? Front desk had no answer the question about how to operate the TV. Frig and micro wave in room was good. Front desk service was good.
