Pictures dont match hotel. Had a portable ac unit as my ac. So half room was 60 and other have was 76. Rest of hotel need some tlc. Only positives were bathroom was nice and bed was comfortable. Also it took 30 mintues to check in as no one was at the counter when i checked in at 1am

D Angelo the manager was great at checking in. The nice lady at the breakfast area was great and refilled things that had gotten low. Very nice staff. Very clean and well kept

Let me start with the positive part of this review. The staff were amazing tentative if you needed something and were very friendly. Helped me with my key not working immediately. Now onto the negative unfortunately. The overall quality of the hotel. Yes I understand they’re renovating the place but my first impression from my room was pretty poor. There were so many damaged walls with holes in them including my room from the door handle and a part of the ceiling looked like it had been patched but not finished. I booked and wasn’t expecting a super fancy hotel but I was hoping for a hotel that was average but still good. Hopefully it’ll be fully renovated in the near future.

No Hot Water! Was told it would be turn on in the morning, but still no Hot water. Was told I would receive a refund but did not receive when I checked out!! Disappointed but the room and the bed was nice and comfortable I would have stayed another night. But no Hot Water so no to staying another night!!!

Hotel was very odd. Staff was freindly but not well trained or professional. Staff did not direct us where the room was, it took us forever to find our room. Hallway smelled like smoke, it was cold. Once we figured out where our room was, the key card didnt work well, after about a minute the doorlock finally activated and we could enter. Room was clean but the thermistat was cracked and the yv remote was missing its back and batteries. Had to snake our way back to the fron desk to get batteries. She scrounged around through a drawer until she found a single aa batery and another remote with two aaa batteries.

The staff here is amazing, they should get the recognition they deserve. The rest of the hotel needs help. They couldn’t find our reservation…blamed Expedia, but after all the other issues of actually getting into a room i’m inclined to think it was the hotel. The first room we went to the lock was dead so we could not enter. The second room smelled so much like smoke, but also belonged to another person. The third room was decent but they had to bring us more keys to actually get in. There were about 6 people up at the front desk needing keys because they couldn’t get in. With all this hassle I probably won’t stay here again.

The front desk gentleman was great but everything else was dirty and seemed like it was housing not a hotel. I should have canceled but I don’t know the area at all it was my first time there and i didn’t know where else to look.
