We loved our room. The fridge worked great and we could heat up water for tea. Had a good time at the pool (so warm!) and the girls used the workout room. All staff members were friendly. Only let down was the breakfast, but there were ample choices. I should have had the oatmeal...lots of topping options.

Great place to stay. Wonderful staff. Only reason for 4/5 stars for property condition is for chips in tub. Otherwise a clean and comfortable place with a very good breakfast too.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Perfect hotel, clean, quiet, big room, nice window views of trees from the top floor. Close to so many coffee shops, a mall, convenience stores etc. Me and a friend took a girls trip and shared the room, it was wonderful! Definitely recommend.

Novi Residence Inn

This hotel is within walking distance to tons of entertainment. The facility is very clean and never disappoints with their hospitality. Has a modest pool and charming seating area right outside of the pool. Perfect for family gatherings. Fire pit and grill included in the seating area.

What I liked the most about the property is the location and the places of businesses around it. It's a place to go that's very chill and relaxing. I loved how the room had a kitchen area and a bedroom with a private shower. Most importantly, the privacy was elite. I plan on coming back in the near future.

Novi Stay

The room was great! My two boys and I had plenty of room. We stayed for a bridal shower for a friend and I would definitely stay again! My only complaint is that I didn’t know they charge you for daily parking - which I find strange considering the parking lot was never full and there were plenty of parking spaces. Other than that, great stay!
