"The carpet had stains and rice specs that was never vacuumed up from the previous guest. The phone had disgusting brown stains soaked into it. I moved to another room and the bedroom mattress pad cover to the boxspring was taped with clear tape and had hairs all over it absolutely disgusted. I only slept with a sheet and I don’t even think I slept. Staff on the other hand was very friendly. If I purchased this stay directly with the hotel instead of Expedia, you better believe I would’ve asked for a refund and left. I was afraid to touch anything in the room. I never was a germophobe until this stay. Note to self, I am bringing antibacterial wipes from now on when I stay in a hotel. I was hoping to contact the owner directly, but I can’t find the contact number so I might as well leave an honest review."
