"The beds are sp terrible!!! Put of 4 guests, no one got any sleep! The drains did not work. When reported to the staff at 530 am... he stated that next time I shpuld ask for the fifth floor!! There will be no next time. Over 200 for 4 hour! It was miserable"

"Stayed in License to chill and exceeded my expectations! The view from the 3rd floor was breathtaking, this jr condo had everything we needed for our three night stay. I have stayed at a lot of places in Lincoln county (I used to live in Waldport) and this was by far my favorite place, maybe ten steps to the beach, walking distance to amazing restaurants and gift shops! 10 out of 10 recommend!"
