"This is an excellent house for hosting a large group and/or a party. We were in Gainesville for my granddaughter’s graduation and this house suited us perfectly. Plenty of room for our family to stay and perfect space to host a small celebration for our graduate and her friends. Luis was very responsive to my requests. He even had the home decorated for Christmas inside and out! We really liked having the pickle ball court and corn hole games. It was a bit too cold to use the pool. Thanks for a great weekend, Luis!"

"It was a very large home welcoming to pets. Furniture was as pictured. Not much. We brought extra tables and chairs having seen the phots, so seating was taken care of. Lights were missing in bedrooms . Need lamps throughout. Towels were old and scarce. Beds were memory foam and were Great! Need extra blankets. Property was Gogeous! Very secluded and relaxing. Great location for UF. Kitchen did not have bowls for serving or mixing, but had pots and pans and some utensils. No coffee makers. If you like coffee, need to bring pot or kuerig machine and coffee. Dishwashing soap for dishwasher and dishes missing. I would stay again, but plan better for items needed."

"Great quiet place to stay. The rental agency was awesome. Checked in with us before are arrival, while we were there and when we were checking out. Everything was exactly as explained on the website. Photos matched the house exactly. We also wanted to stay an extra day and the agency was very helpful in booking it for us. They had a great line of communication with us. The kitchen was stocked very nicely with anything you would need for cooking. The home was updated, appliances, kitchen and bathrooms. We had one issue with the plumbing when we were leaving, but I called them and made them aware. It didn’t affect our stay. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely rent this home again. "

"We had a great stay at this Gainesville property! Location was terrific- quick 10 minutes to UF campus. The home was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We did wish the hot tub had been working during our stay, but the property management company was responsive and did their best to help troubleshoot the issue. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay and we would happily book again! "
