10/10 Excellent

"You can tell this motel has stepped up their game. I stayed here once a few years ago and it was getting pretty run down. They've done some renovations , and it shows. The staff are super helpful, act like they genuinely care about their job and the clientele they serve. The front desk gals went above and beyond to accommodate our stay when the booking site I went through told me I was SOL. The pool / life guard / maintenance guy takes his job to heart and went out of his way to stay a bit later so my husband N myself could enjoy the slide and pool for a few minutes after the kiddos exited for the night. I have to admit the slide was a bit more thrill than I had anticipated, but it was a definite blast and the pool was pleasantly warm. We ended up extending our stay an additional night because we enjoyed our stay so much. It's been a few years since I've stayed here and you can tell they've stepped up their game. I'll definitely be back. Thank you all at Super8!"

"We checked in at around 10:00 PM. The key card for our first room did not work, so we were assigned a second room. However, while the key card worked for that room, the door would not open. After another trip to the front desk, the staff reprogrammed the key card for the original room, and we were finally able to get in. The breakfast was average, and the hot food options were fairly limited. When we checked in, the lobby coffee was not very hot, and the hot water for tea had already run out. Other than these inconveniences, our stay was generally fine."

"The difference between the North property and the south property are night and day. Don't go to the South Property. Rooms are clean and well maintained, at the North Property. Maid services are available for daily cleaning, as you require. Every one of the desk staff has a friendly smile waiting to help you. A/C works well."

"GPS struggled giving instructions on how to get there. It tried taking us to some trucking company. The lobby carpet looked old and was bunched up. I was happy the staff put my parents with mobility issues on the first floor but extremely displeased when I walked into their room. The carpet and sheer curtain were all slashed up. The bed looked old and broke down. There were no extra pillows and mom had to ask for blankets."

"Everything started ok but when I drove around to the back to go to my room, I realized person did not give me my key. When I went back to Herta to get my key, she argued with me that she gave it to me when she didn’t. I had a long day of driving and didn’t need to have an argument about the key. My room was on the second floor. The stairs were extremely steep and very narrow footing. It was difficult to carry a suitcase up those stairs. I got into the room and the air-conditioning was set at 60. The room was freezing and smelled very strange. I will never stay there again."

"This is a beautiful winery with a few rooms to stay. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are in the main building, upstairs where it’s quiet and there are pretty views. Downstairs is the tasting room, folks sit outside. In the back are pickle ball and other games. The room was spacious and comfortable. Everything is immaculately clean. There are snacks and coffee in the dining area. Everything is self-serve as there isn’t anyone running the place in the evenings. Everything is well laid out and all of the instructions easy to follow. And of course there’s staff in the daytime as well as someone to call. It’s a working winery which was fun to be around."
