The property is encircled by lush gardens and boasts a large, sunlit terrace that’s ideal for alfresco dining or stargazing beneath the clear rural sky. If you fancy a game of tennis, a tennis court is available for use during your stay.
As you arrive through the front door the entrance hall offers space to hang your coats and leave your shoes.
A fully equipped country kitchen awaits, complete with modern appliances—hob, oven, dishwasher—and all you need for everything from a hearty breakfast to a romantic meal.
The dining area seats four comfortably, set beside patio door opening onto the terrace – perfect for morning coffee.

The master bedroom with kingsize bed offers comfort and serenity, soft linens, and ample storage. Views of the tennis court and countryside make it the perfect space to unwind.
Modern bathroom with walk in shower, toilet and basin is adjacent.

The second bedroom with plush kingsize bed enjoys views of the garden, dressing table, hanging space and hairdryer are all provided along with all cotton linens and soft towels. An additional bathroom comprising spacious shower, toilet and basin is adjacent to the bedroom.

The living space of The Lodge is simply breath taking. With velux windows and double patio doors the space is bright and welcomes the outside on a summer evening with the doors open. Smart TV, selection of books and games are on hand for those cosy evenings in.

The garden wraps around the living area offering a beautiful outlook from every direction.

Step out onto the wide terrace, where a large dining table and chairs invite you to linger over leisurely meals or sip a glass of wine as the sun sets behind the trees.
Stroll through neighbouring countryside where winding public foot paths lead to meadows and the local village pub.

If youre feeling Adventurous, guests can explore the Kennet & Avon canal on foot or by boat via one of the local boat trips.

Parking for 2 vehicles

We welcome one well behaved small – medium dog and benefit from a spacious fully enclosed garden as well as an abundance of countryside walking routes.
