    Come enjoy sweeping views of Rehoboth Bay in this fully renovated condo that enjoys spectacular sunsets! Sleeps four adults with a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living area. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and sits just one block from the ocean! Very large balcony that overlooks Rehoboth bay which can be accessed from both the living room and bedroom. The unit also includes a pool for those days when you don't want to head to the beach. Two assigned parking spots (one under cover), washer/dryer, elevator access and walkable to everything Dewey has to offer. No smoking, not accepting pets. Guests provide their own linens.

Wonderful Stay, Cute Condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The photos honestly don’t really even show how great this place is! We loved this little condo, the balcony was so cute for watching sunsets. The parking was smooth and perfect. Nancy was incredibly accommodating and we really appreciated her as a host. Absolutely would recommend and hope to stay here again!!

You can’t find a better location. Park your car and enjoy. Everything is walking distance from the condo, plus being able to watch the sunset from your balcony is wonderful. Can’t wait to go back.

Weekend getaway

As a nurse who had several rough shifts I last minute (less than 24 hours before check in) booked for a Friday-Sunday stay and Nancy was on top of everything. She was so accommodating despite the last minute reservation. The location was perfect, her communication was timely, and I couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Would highly recommend staying here to anyone.

Great view and location!

We enjoyed our stay, the condo was well appointed and the location was perfect for us! Walking distance to restaurants and The Dewey Post where we ate breakfast every day of our stay. The beach was a short walk away and the rooftop pool was empty and a nice way to cool off. The washer and dryer were an added bonus! When we travel back we hope to stay here again.

The perfect, home-sweet-home getaway in Dewey Beach

We absolutely loved our stay at Nancy’s home. The apartment was clean, spacious, and perfectly located. Parking was incredibly convenient too. However, it’s the view that really takes your breath away; we loved having a glass of wine on the porch while enjoying the sunset. Our family comes to Dewey every year, and you can be sure we’ll be staying here on our next annual trip! Thank you Nancy for being such a wonderful host.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed at Nancy's property over Memorial Weekend. The place was absolutely lovely! Had everything we needed for a no fuss mini-vacation. Loved sitting on the deck in the morning and evenings looking out over the Bay. The condo is far enough away from the main road, yet close enough to the beach and restaurants. Nancy was extremely quick to reply to any questions we had. This is a top notch rental and would definitely rent again!

Dewey Beach refresh

I stayed in the condo with a couple of my adult children. Perfect location on the quieter end of Dewey, with beautiful bay views. The small beach next door is great if you don’t want to walk the 1 block to the main beach. Very nicely decorated and comfortable condo for 3 or 4 people. I would definitely come again! Nice rooftop pool as well.

Beautiful view!

We had the absolute best time at this beautiful condo. The place was so nice and clean. We had everything we needed. We pretty much lived on the balcony. We loved the view, watching the boats, and the sunset. The restaurant next door had live music in the evening which we enjoyed listening too as well. Nancy was great to work with and prepared us great for our stay. We can’t wait to come back!!

The location of this rental unit was perfect. You can walk to everything, and we did! I recommend going to the state park. It is only a five minute drive. They have restrooms, refreshments and the beaches aren’t as crowded as the beach at the end of the road. The sunsets were beautiful from the balcony. I feel this unit is the perfect size for two people.

Dockside at Dewey

My wife and I stayed here over a September weekend and we couldn’t have picked a better place. Beautiful relaxing view from the balcony and a clean and modern condo inside. The location is great, I highly recommend The Dewey Post for breakfast and it’s a simple walk to the bars and restaurants in Dewey. Rehobeth was a short drive away from shopping in town and at the outlets. Beach was beautiful and only a block away. Really wonderful getaway and communication with the owner was easy and very informative. Definitely recommend staying here!

Best little getaway

This was the 2nd time we stayed here. The condo was spotless when we came in. Nancy communicates well with you and gives easy instructions to get the keys. The view from the deck is just breathtaking. We came when the temperature dropped in April (around 50 degrees) and somehow the sun hits the area just perfectly where it feels so warm and comfortable. Even sitting inside with the blinds open was enjoyable. It was fun (and more relaxing) to come on the off season. We will definitely be coming back again!

Great Access to Bay and Ocean

We enjoyed staying at Nancy's place. Staying on the bay, just feet above the marina was a welcome view with a great balcony where we had our morning coffee and evening wine enjoying the sunset. And, the ocean is only a few blocks away. You really get the both of both worlds here. The only caution for some may be the live music which you will hear from Rustic Rudder, but probably only Friday and Saturday evenings. That said, the condo is pretty sound proof so if you close all windows you will still hear some (mainly the base). Or, you can have a class of wine and enjoy decent music from your balcony! Will stay there again and again if we have the chance.

Absolutely amazing :) This was our second year staying here, and it’s wonderful. It’s right on the bay, so you get the best sunsets. Easy walking to restaurants etc and (of course) the beach. Nancy is an excellent host and very communicative. Highly recommend!
