I briefly stayed at the Hilton (Crane) Barbados, June 2-4 2025. We stayed in the King room with the ocean view.
The resort itself is beautiful, although we experienced a couple of issues.
Upon arrival, we walked in the room to see maintenance being done on the unit below us. We attempted to change rooms, but the hotel representative told us there were no other comparable rooms available. Tuesday morning, we woke to find stains in the bed. (Pics attached)
On Tuesday, after being out all day, we return the take showers and the hot water was out. Only cold water. I contacted to front desk immediately, but no one showed up to fix the issue until Wednesday morning and the maintenance who showed up, walked into the room, as we were undressed, and prior to us giving him access to the room. By this point, the hot water was back on.
I would like to be contacted by Expedia to discuss options for resolving the issue the hotel wasn’t able to resolve.
