"The room was AMAZING. The place is literally in front of the beach and it has a great communal spot where there's hammocks, chairs and even a table with games. This will be my future go to stay Everytime I'm in the south."

"🙂"

"Overall, the experience was good. Upon arrival, our studio was not ready, although the cleaning staff resolved the issue quickly. The first impression was positive, but several details affected our stay. I also shared this same feedback directly with the host. 1. We could not control the A/C temperature, so the first night was extremely cold. 2. The provided bedsheet was stained and dirty, so we could not use it. 3. The sofa bed and upholstery were dirty. We included photos as evidence. 4. The...

"The balcony was the best part and location. It needs still an update in some things like the mattress. Stairs are long and it has street noise. No air conditioning in the kitchen, and living room, but it has a fan. Beware of some mosquitoes and it is like an old building, not renovated. Comfy sofa bed!"

"We had a few inconvenience issues and pointed them out to the administration. They apologized but did not offer a courtesy credit or reward. "

"It was a old rundown apartment building not worth half of what we paid."

"It needs an update and a better mattress."

"We stayed only for one night but it works perfect, good communication and excellent location"

"We did not like the property at all. It was very dirty. Bathroom tub had grime on the sides. Floor had lots of hair from previous renters. Living room does not have AC so it was very hot. Day bed "white" cover was dirty, floors and bacony dirty. There was a small pool in the courtyard, host said we needed to pay $30 if want to swim in it. So we did not as it seemed riduculous. Extremely loud fan in the bathroom. It came on when you turn the lights on. Ac in the bedroom was so loud, we could not...

"it was OK however just a little stairs to go up three floors was so narrow, and the TV was in top of the stove. It was just not professionally done really just trying to make a quick buck."
