"Overall, everything was lovely, and I had a pleasant stay. The hotel was nice, and the breakfast options were delicious, with a good variety to choose from. However, I did have an issue with my breakfast package that unfortunately remained unresolved. When I raised the concern with the staff, I was told that they couldn’t do anything about it because the booking had been made through Expedia. I found this disappointing, as I would have appreciated more assistance in resolving the matter, regardless of where the reservation was made. While I enjoyed most aspects of my stay, this experience was not ideal and did affect my overall impression. I hope the hotel can improve how such issues are handled in the future to ensure all guests feel supported, regardless of how they book their stay."

"This was my second time in 4 1/2 months booking a stay at Ellen’s Suite. My reason was the price is really affordable. As for as the place of residence, very clean and comfortable, the host is sweet and kind. There is parking inside of the gated complex. Appliances are stainless steel, washer, dryer inside the unit. A/C cooled unit with a beautiful walk-in-shower. I even took the ferry for two days to Tobago and, came back to the comfort of Ellen’s Suite. The host is there and reaches out to you making sure you are enjoying your stay. The only time I stayed there was to sleep because I enjoyed the beaches, the culture and food that the island has to offer. I cannot say any thing else as for as the complex to do any upgrades. Ellen’s Suite is immaculate and the price for the six nights that I stayed was very affordable and comfortable. I would recommend to anyone to stay there because you cannot go wrong with your stay there!!"

"The dapper looking gentleman with the well groomed locks under a straw fedora who greets you at the door is named Otis. He’s not just a greeter he’s a gentleman of knowledge with a soft welcoming Trini accent. He provides you with a warm greeting every time he sees you and is genuinely interested in how you spent your day. He made coming back to the hotel feel like home. It’s always a good experience at the Brix Thanks Otis! I will miss you Sudhaa! To me you’re not only the front desk representative you were my photographer, videographer, Google Maps interpreter, and much much more. Whatever we needed you were there to help. Your pleasant demeanor, smiling face and great sense of what to do, made our stay so memorable, and our experience at the Brix a lot more enjoyable. Thank you! Thank you!
