"This spacious home is perfect for our needs. The home is well located and very elegant. The host is a pure joy to work with. The kitchen and the amenities are superb. The outdoor spaces are large and very well appointed. We highly recommend it. This was our 3rd visit to the property and we are already scheduling next year."

"Wonderful stay. Great location as we walked everywhere. Folks at the front desk were super helpful and shuttle service is great. N amenities (pool, hot tub, cafe) were very nice as well. Just 2 of us in the condo so had plenty of room. We would absolutely stay here again."

"Property is wonderful. Anything you might need is in the unit and it was very clean. A few days in advance of our arrival, I asked if an early check in was possible. Brian was quick to respond to the message that we could be accommodated. It made our arrival to JAS festival much smoother. Easy walking distance to downtown Aspen and the restaurants."

"Great condo in a great location! Easy to walk to town or to access grocery stores, restaurants, and other stores. Parking was super easy and convenient, and the condo itself was a great size with a nice kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom.We really enjoyed the back patio and being able to sit outside by the creek. There was quite a bit of construction noise and did not have full privacy, but it was still a nice space to relax and enjoy the weather and views.The biggest downside for us was the outside noise at night, which woke us up multiple times during our stay. This may simply be typical for a condo setting, but it’s worth mentioning for light sleepers.We also had some issues with the shower draining properly and not having much hot water. There is no A/C or fan, which made the condo pretty warm during our stay due to the hot temperatures outside.Overall, though, we enjoyed the condo, loved the location, and would recommend it!"
