Just what I needed

I needed a room for one night that was close to the railway station. The staff were friendly and welcoming, even though I was only staying one night. The room was clean and the bed comfy.

The city is fine. The hotel was very cramped. Narrow, dark hallways and a tiny dark room with cobwebs in every corner. The location was surprisingly quiet. There is a pool. Breakfast was fine.

The Kyriad offer parking but lack the information to book the parking as only 12 spaces available. The shower was possibly the worst shower ever encountered (it was hot, so at least that was ok) but shower head useless. Didnt stay up and flopped down so you had to hold it all the time and the shower was like a hose as the head was either clogged or just didn't work. The aircon was ok but cant direct the flow so you cant really feel it and the windows are doubled glazed which helped with the noise. I stuffy room and rather small

Not worth the money

Upon arrival we were told to not park in their garage but 1/2 mile away due their garage full, despite no smoking signs at our room the hallway and room smelled badly , room very tiny almost Japanese like. Glad to leave early after after one night with also big dogs like s German sheppard allowed in Hotel and bar area

Bra beläget hotell för tågresenärer.

Bra hotell nära järnvägsstationen. Många matställen att välja på i olika prisklasser inom gångavstånd. Jag fick en karta över "The Owl's tour" i receptionen, ett trevligt sätt att se äldre delarna av stan. Jag hade en trevlig vistelse i Dijon. Säng o kudde var bra så jag sov gott.

Great location with parking just outside Old town

The underground parking lot is next to the hotel (€15 per night) and reception staff allowed us to stay there till 2pm after checkout. The hotel entrance could be more clearly signed from carpark. The double room was small but clean. The venetian blind inside the window couldn't be adjusted but there was a long curtain. The bed was comfortable and the a/c was quite quiet. Useful to have a kettle in the room. Use of the pool and spa (open from 10am 10pm) was a nice surprise, ashame the pool was closed for maintenance during our stay. I enjoyed the jacuzzi and sensory shower. Only a short walk to the old town.

Les chambres sont vraiment très petites, mais propres. J'avais réservé une place de parking avec chargeur pour voiture électrique: le premier soir, la place était prise, et le second soir la prise est tombée en panne au milieu de la charge. Malgré le signalement à la réception à la réception, cette prise est restée en panne jusqu'à la fin de mon séjour (je suis resté trois nuits). Ceci dit, personnel sympa.

Deux nuits désagréables. Chambre minuscule, SDb pour lilliputiens. Auriez vous 2 oreillers supplémentaires ? Le responsable se tourne vers son assistant "peux tu vérifier si il y aurait deux oreillers sup. ?" Réponse de l'assistant : NON ! Pommeau de la minuscule douche arrosant le mur et le plafond (voir photo). Enjamber les toilettes pour aller dans la douche. Si plus de 1m80, impossible s'assoir sur les toilettes...ou alors en diagonale. Obligé de suspendre les serviettes de bain aux crochets de l'entrée de la chambre car pas la place dans la SDB. Petit dej dans une salle à manger salle, non débarrassée. Plus de mugs pour le café. Plus de verres pour le jus d'orange et quand les verres arrivent, on découvre qu'il n'y a plus de jus d'orange. Et surtout, cerise sur le gâteau : la dernière nuit, un bruit de sifflement indéterminé (clim ou ventilation ?? Prévoir boules Quies. Que du bonheur !
