"The room was OK. The bedding was dirty. The door did not lock with the deadbolt. The latch of the doors to open was broken. Plus, we were given a room that supposedly somebody else already was supposed to be in and they tried entering our room then the front desk called our room 215 and did not acknowledge that this is the front desk and we are looking for so-and-so very unprofessional and dissatisfied with the way the place is run"

"Great folks that work there. BUT MY ROOM GROSSED ME OUT. DIRTY DUSTY. I slept in my sleeping bag in to of the bedding. Mattress had a huge slope to the middle on both sides of bed Great breakfast. Convenient location. But really ruin down nasty The night desk person was Fabulous"

"Once again, we enjoyed ourselves. The cabin was in good condition Had everything we needed, towels and linens were pleantyful and clean. Pond was full of fish. and boats were super fun. The hot tub was relaxing.Thank you for renting your cabin to us."

"Dear Management Team, I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent stay at your property from 6/6 to 6/8 (Account #1049128070). I was traveling under incredibly difficult circumstances to attend a family funeral, and the poor condition of your hotel only added unnecessary stress to an already trying time. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property due to several significant issues regarding safety, cleanliness, and service: Safety Hazards: I noticed that pieces of the ceiling directly above the pool area were visibly flaking and falling off. Lack of Cleanliness & Maintenance: There was active mold growing on my room's window sill. Furthermore, the in-room telephone clearly had not been cleaned in quite some time, as it was covered in debris. Noise Disruptions: The guest room doors are so heavily weighted that they slam violently every time someone enters or exits. This constant slamming made it impossible to get a peaceful night's rest or to sleep in. Poor Communication: The hours for the continental breakfast were changed without notice, causing unnecessary confusion and inconvenience in the morning. Given these sub-par conditions, I am requesting a partial refund for the nights spent at your establishment. I trust that you will take immediate steps to address these maintenance & housekeeping failures so future guests do not have the same experience. I look forward to your prompt response & resolution to this matter. Sincerely, Karen Pruitt "
