"It was pretty great, staff was very friendly, food was good, awesome view from balcony.
area isn't very good it's a bit far away from sea but they provide free(?) bus service

The check in was at 10:00 am but it was given to us at 2:30 , there was no toilet paper , dirty counter top , no mirror above the vanity sink , loose shower enclosure, insecure front door entry, dirty parking lot , dead “Bat” on the parking lot ground , rats running on the yard fence, the pool was nothing like shown on the add .
The on site manager was helpful and friendly , but not knowledgeable enough about the hotel business "
"Location is between Oba and Mahmutlar - so you need to get a bus to visit these livelier areas for shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The bus service is very good so that's no problem. Rooms are a good size and clean, breakfast is good, they have a bar for the evenings. In the summer they have their own access to the beach which is a little rocky but still nice. Overall good value for what you pay. Would stay again but remember - not a lot going on around the hotel. "

The professionalism of the staff, the warm welcome at check-in, the guest relations manageress kindly showing us the facilities, the high class furnishings and the facilities all reaffirmed the reviews we had seen online.
I could go on an on about the place, but if you're looking for a true 5* establishment with ultra all inclusive, a great location, top class cuisine and very comfortable...

"We had a fantastic stay thanks to 07 Group Hotel, who ensured everything was comfortable and stress-free. The room/apartment was ideal for our family of six. We booked the family duplex, and it exceeded all our expectations.
Everything was perfect—from the location and the breathtaking views from all three balconies/terraces to the fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, and comfortable bedrooms. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay.
The apartment is located within the Club Paradiso resort, giving you access to all their facilities and activities. Just be aware that the all-inclusive program is not included in the room rate. However, you can arrange it in advance if you’d like to pay extra for the all-inclusive option upon arrival.
