"This was a great rental for my family. Price was great, beds were comfortable, location was good, and overall it was a spacious rental for this family of 5. It was very easy access to Snowbird/Alta and Solitude/Brighton ski areas (we drove most days, but also took the ski bus). A great grocery store was nearby (a long block away). The outdoor hot tub was a treat, and the indoor gaming (ping pong and basketball) entertained my kids (ages 10-15) everyday. Would strongly recommend this rental."

"It was a last minute stay due to weather and traveling from Idaho visiting family for Christmas and headed back home to Colorado. Very nice hotel older but seems to be being remodeled in sections but nice area and close to shopping, dining and quiet to get some rest. "

"We stayed here while in town for my dad’s service, and it provided exactly what we needed during a difficult time. The home was very clean, peaceful, and offered a comforting space for everyone to relax. There was plenty of room for us to come together, while still having separate spaces for privacy. We’re truly grateful for the calm and welcoming environment."

"The house was in worse condition than the photos suggested. While it offered decent value for the number of rooms, there were cameras actively monitoring throughout the stay (including near the hot tub), which felt intrusive. Additionally, the numerous notes posted around the house were off-putting and detracted from the overall experience."

"This house was absolutely fantastic for our stay in Utah! We had a group of 10, and the layout couldn’t have been more perfect—everyone had space to relax and enjoy themselves. The teenagers loved having their own hangout spot on the first floor with the living room and pool table, while the adults made the most of the beautiful deck and hot tub—such a great way to unwind after a day of activities.The garage access was a huge bonus and made handling all 10 sets of skis and gear incredibly easy, especially with the convenient entry right off the kitchen. The location was ideal, with quick and easy access to everything we wanted—shopping, ski resorts, hiking, and tons of outdoor adventures.We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would jump at the chance to come back again!"

"Good base for an elongated weekend skiing in Alta and Snowbird, which are just a 25 min drive away. Apartment was immaculately clean. Comfy bed. Easy to find, easy to park in a quiet, residential neighborhood. As described it is a basement apartment, so not much sunlight which was ok for us since we were out all day anyway. The kitchenette has a fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and a few paper plates and plastic utensils. A water kettle and a few cups for a cup of tea in the morning would be a nice upgrade."

"The place was clean and comfortable however the downstairs had renters as well and we could hear voices and their TV was very loud. There are three couches. One has zero support in the middle seat and cannot be used. Another has almost no support as well. The property manager is extremely responsive and helpful and again this property was very clean and the beds are comfortable."

"The hot tub temp showed it was set to 104 but the water temp reached no higher than 99. The water level was way too low and of the 16 adjustable jets, 5 had been replaced (new color) and 11 were broken and just flopping around. The tub was basically useless. So, I tried to take a hot bath but the tub drain would not seal so the tub would not fill. "
