House with a closed kitchen, a 16 m² living room with a new convertible sofa, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds + desk (possibility of offering 3 single beds on request), bathroom. Baby cot, baby bath and high chair available.

Excellent

It was ideal for us and our two dogs with a safe and enclosed garden. A Short walk to Dinard center, beach and market which was one of the vest we've seen. Good restaurants nearby and the house was only 100mtrs. from a supermarket. We certainly enjoyed our stay.

Family vacation

Absolutely amazing sweet house and perfect for a family wirh kids. We ate salad, raspberries and strawberries all the time from the garden. A lot of toys are also there ald the house is perfect equipped. Alain is a very good host, too. He even welcomed us with presents.

Prima verblijf

Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien, veel ruimte, prima keuken, goede wifi, buiten is het prima zitten, charmant ingericht. Wij zijn met onze fiets in 5 min. naar het centrum gereden.Vlakbij (1 min) is een supermarkt.Eigenaar Alain is zeer behulpvaardig.Niet over nadenken gewoon doen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, nous n’avons manqué de rien dans cette maison au jardin fleuri et potager avec terrasse.Emplacement idéal, proche de la plage à pied, proximité de commerces, tout en étant dans un environnement calme.Très bon accueil de Monsieur Lebrun. Un grand merci à lui pour sa gentillesse. Il s’est attaché à rendre nos vacances les plus agréables possible.La maison très propre était parfaitement équipée, tout était très pratique et très agréable à vivre. La literie est de bonne qualité.Nous recommandons donc vivement cette location et espérons pouvoir revenir l’année prochaine !

Super vacance , la maison est très bien agencer , tout est fait pour que l'on se sente très a l'aise et que l'on adopte très rapidement les lieux . L'hôte est plus que gentil , très a l'écoute et disponible, il sait faire connaitre sa belle régions ...nous étions ravie de notre séjours et recommandons chaleureusement ...allez y les yeux fermer !!!

Dinard - eine wunderbare Erfahrung

Alain, der sympathische Hausbesitzer, war bei unserer Ankunft vor Ort. Vom Ferienhaus aus ist alles fußläufig erreichbar. Superbe! U.a. die schöne Strandbucht von St. Enogard. Km -lange Wanderungen über die Zöllner Wege, immer mit Blick aufs Meer. Ein toller Urlaub!

Location idéale !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Dinard en grande partie grâce à la location mise à disposition par notre hôte Alain. Location très bien située: proche des commerces, de la mer tout en étant située dans un environnement calme. A l'intérieur, Alain à mis à disposition une maison très fonctionnelle dans laquelle tout est prévu pour que nous n'ayons qu'à déposer nos bagages et nous installer: lits faits à l'arrivée, serviettes de toilettes ...et produits de première nécessité sont mis à disposition. Ce qui est rare pour une location. A l'extérieur, nous avons apprécié le jardin entretenu par notre hôte nous laissant profiter des fruits et légumes. De même, la grande terrasse avec les bains de soleil constitue un atout indéniable. La double exposition de l'extérieur permet d'en profiter pleinement. Enfin, nous n'oublions pas les délicates attentions ainsi que la disponibilité et la gentillesse de Alain. C'est sans hésiter que nous renouvellerons la location si nous repassons dans la région.

Excellent séjour

La maison est accueillante, ensoleillée, chaleureuse. Elle est très bien équipée et très fonctionnelle. Le jardin est un petit havre de paix où il fait bon se détendre. Mr Lebrun est un hôte très sympathique qui a fait le maximum pour que notre séjour soit une réussite. Il nous a donné l'envie de revenir.

Très agréable

Maison très bien équipée, on arrive et on dépose sa valise, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour voir plus, un peu comme chez soi. Un jardin avec framboise, tomates de divers variétés..... Propriétaire très accueillant et sympathique. Je ne peux que recommander si vous allez dans cette région.

Parfait !

Location bien entretenue, très bien équipée et bien située (proche commerces et plages). Propriétaire très sympathique et accueillant. Très joli jardin (fleuri et bien aménagé) qui permet de profiter du soleil tout au long de la journée (bien clôturé pour nos amis à 4 pattes). Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
