"Easy to find a few minutes from the bus station/C6 bus from airport. Strict check in times as staff not there 24/7...... Staff friendly and helpful with advice asked for. Really clean throughout. Slept really well in the female dorm. Great to have a towel supplied. Privacy curtain to beds. Everyone was respectful of quiet hours. They have ear plugs and some spare padlocks, if you forget (during my stay). Washing machine/Dryer available if needed (4/3 Euros). Microwaves/kettle/coffee maker in small kitchen area. Fridge was packed with others provisions - so no space for me. (Seems some are here staying longer term). This is a quiet, clean hostel, perfect for me. It is not a party base. Great location with several supermarkets close by and easy walk to centre...... would happily stay again."

"The Superior Double room was very spacious and very clean. Staff were amazing and very helpful. There is parking but we did not use this as the hotel location is right on the main promenade and easy walking to the marina, beach and main town, with the Ramblas Road in east reach. Various squares with restaurants also in walking distance. Breakfast at the hotel was the only area where not excellent but it is sufficient with continental breakfast and a hot breakfast combo. "

"Great location: a five minute walk from the market, maybe 10 minutes to the airport bus, and all of 20 minutes to the waterfront. There's a restaurant attached to the hotel, but it was never open in the morning, so can't comment on the fare. In any case, there's no shortage of places to eat. Great coffee and breakfast at the bar just as you approach the rear of the market."

"Stayed for 3nts in a double room. Great location, perfect for exploring the city centre on foot, and only two minutes from Luceros tram stop and a bus stop if you want to explore further. Rooms were spacious and clean, with a decent sized bathroom and balcony. We had a double room, so no kitchenette or mini fridge in ours, but there are studios and one bedroom apartments available if you want them. We were on the 1st floor but if you're higher up, I would expect you'd have great views over the city too. It was great value too. We would return."

"Good value for money pretty central but not very clean, extremely noisy with banging doors and loud voices everywhere. Grumpy reception staff. No aircon, no fridge not much anyway.. massive hole in wardrobe and toilet sealing like it was about to collapse. But we didn’t stay at all inside just for a night sleep so for us cost was the most important bit"

"The hotel’s location is fair. If you want to go to the beach, it takes about a 15–20 minute walk. The breakfast is good, with a nice selection of food. The room and bed are comfortable, making the stay pleasant overall."

"The rooms were clean, but they didn't meet the standards described by the hotel on the Expedia website. They provided all the basics, but there were no slippers in the room, and the shower was broken. The staff wasn't very friendly; it seemed they didn't appreciate me pointing out the hotel's shortcomings, which definitely don't make it a 4-star hotel. The breakfast buffet is embarrassing; they don’t provide tongs for guests to pick up bread or other foods, so I had to use the tongs meant for the bacon or just my hands. The cheese and salami were hard, it looked like they’d been cut days ago. The croissant basket had six, and when they ran out, they didn’t restock it. Guests who arrived later for breakfast found almost nothing to eat, even though they charge for breakfast as a buffet. Expedia shouldn’t sell this hotel to its customers as a 4-star property; it doesn’t even qualify as a 1-star hotel. "
